Hey Kathy and Cheryl. I am so sorry for your loss of your beloved pet, Max. It is a very hard time. Enjoyed listening to you both and Tiffany. So you’ve been on the starch solution for over a year now. How are you both health wise doing?? Have you found dramatic differences in your health and weight? I find it difficult to watch most everyone around eating all this toxic chemicals and foods that lead to all the chronic diseases of our times. There are so many, I know who are perfectionists in all that they do, but don’t care enough about what they put in their bodies. They give themselves a free pass for all of that. I believe this food is so addictive that we make excuses for them all. Short term fixes are more important than long term health until your long term health is here. I am like you Kathy with sugar. It’s such a quick fix. I am basically alone eating this way on my journey and find it hard to stay positive sometimes, but listening to you and Tiffany help tremendously. Thank you.

Thank you so much for your helpful ideas and also for sharing your struggles. I love when someone from Mc Dougall is on. I have been following his plan for 12 years but. not perfectly. These talks keep me motivated. I still miss Dr Mcdougall so much.

Thank you!!! A lot of this info hit home for me. Last night was a rough night emotionally for me and my husband wasn’t home. So it was a night of lots of “snacking”. And I was feeling down on myself today for it. I feel alittle better and have some great ideas to help me👍🏼 so thanks for sharing!! Sending y’all big hugs😉
