I've followed this program for 12 years now with many many benefits. Potatoes have been my centerpiece. Best thing I ever did for my health! I still enjoy and learn from these shows. JFTP!

OMG I so relate to the "why do I feel hungry and hour later" topic. Thank you so much for covering this! I always felt a bit odd eating more food even though I just recently had a fulfilling healthy meal. Stacy had a great explanation for this. So helpful!

I did the 12 day program and lost those last stubborn 20 pounds and have been able to keep them off for about 5 months. It's been relatively easy. The food is just delicious and I never go hungry. This is my forever way of eating. If you can manage the cost, go for it! I have no doubt that I can stay at this healthy weight for good.

This is Cheryl-We stick to the program 90-95% of the time. We are still releasing weight slowly, and pleased with the ease we can incorporate this into our very busy life.
