This is a great demonstration of just how much information a zerg needs to consider when facing up against other races. I just started playing a couple months ago but I've climbed the ranks (almost diamond) through videos like these and also being OCD (niiiice). I have found myself getting extremely anxious just starting matches just because it can be so overwhelmingly detailed and nuance to a point that missing a single macro, micro or scout is gg. I'm little envious of Terran or Toss that just seems to play and go. With the low representation, the nickel & diming patch notes for Zerg because Serral just needs to lose!--- I find myself having a hard time getting motivated in even trying. Having said that, videos like these help to understand what to look for and improve without psycho-analyzing every defeat without knowing what went wrong.

It can be easy to get down since the game is so challenging but I'm glad you're trying to keep a positive mindset. I think whenever the game starts to feel too unfair it's really healthy to try playing the other races a bit just to get some perspective that can help inform your play with your main race

Super interesting! But I think PiG you should let Neur0 talk more. I know, as a coach you want to explain everything in detail but IMO the coachee should be able to talk at least 50% and not 1% like here. With simple questions like "What do you think you could have done better here?", to make sure that your suggestions can surgically improve Neur0's weak points.

Solid feedback, always hard to find the right balance with someone I haven't coached with in so long. Usually consecutive sessions end up with a bit of a better back and forth

I've enjoyed watching your videos so far! I had a question about builds. Where do you find them? Also, do you recommend learning builds or openers as a starter to multiplayer. I love the singleplayer and love co-op and have wanted to play multiplayer! The builds are just a little overwhelming so I didn't know if you recommended learning openers instead or something. Thanks! Love the videos!

So I don't believe there is any way to rebind modifiers like shift, alt, ctrl in game. You'll have to change it with something like AutoHotkey, or Razer Synapse/HyperX NGENUITY depending on your hardware.

You seem to cocah from the all knowing god perspective. shouldnt you only have the information neuro has? like yeah if I knew where he was at all time i could position like serral. But you have no idea, unless you have insane creep spread which neuro doesnt have this game.

Yeah it's just a bit quicker to look at the overall view to see what went on in the game and point out stuff. If you really want to get into a players mindset and exact tactical decisions you can look at their vision alone, but as GM players we have a pretty deep understanding of what we can and can't see in the game without having to put it on just our specific vision

@@PiGCoaching you do speak towards overlords/spotting zerglings giving vision at some point, but at multiple times you speak about him having his flanking force in a position on the map he couldnt possibly know to put it, unless again he had creep or overlord spread or spotting zerglings (which serral is great at). So i would understand "have a flanking force" you know period, but you say things like "I would love if you had you flank set up here before hand" like he should of done that. But maybe i'm not understanding. Or maybe your point was, if you had vision you could of had a flank set up here, and thats just speaking towards the power of vision.

Unsubscribed. Although PIG seems like a nice guy, he is smurfing countless unsuspecting players on the ladder in order to make these videos. And smurfs are POS.

I smurfed for my first 3 b2gms in 2021. Haven't done it once since. Modern B2GMs were all made with volunteers from my community. Also not sure why you're commenting this on a video of me coaching Neuro?

​@@PiGCoaching Tyvm for replying. I'm so glad you stopped smurfing. I didn't know this. I've watched a lot of your videos but certainly far from most. I was not aware of the volunteers. That's excellent and the only way it b2gm videos should ever be done. I apologize if anything I said seemed hurtful. I wasn't sure where to put my complaint. I've tried complaining to sc2 directly but there is no way that I can find. When I put my concerns on sc2 forums, I just got disrespectful replies from assholes. I've tried asking other sc2 masters. No reply. I wasn't trying to single you out. I was just hoping to get a response and maybe some answers from an sc2 expert who I really like, like you. (I will remove the comment after your reply. Or if there is a better way to communicate directly with you, I'll message you there.) You have a solid fan base. Please make a video explaining why smurfing is wrong and why the SC2 programmers/owners do nothing about it. No cheating report I've made on sc2 has ever received even one reply. If you already made videos like this, please tell me how to find them.) I'm a 48 year old disabled USAF Veteran with probably only a few years left in me. I'm not great at sc2 like you are and prob never will be. I still love the game. It's a fun hobby that distracts me from my chronic pain due to military injuries/surgeries. But man does it suck when I sometimes have days where I have 10+ games in a row where I get smashed and even harrassed/belittled by smurfs. This really takes the fun out of it to say the least.
