I'd guess based on the display that the one on the left is using MSI Afterburner OSD and its being rendered using Vulcan (that's the VKD3D) I've never seen the OSD on the right so I'd assume that's Linux however if you pause the video at various places, take @1:29 for instance you can see the one on the right has far worse shadowing, ambient occlusion, etc and that is likely why the framerate is much higher. It would have been nice to have settings parity between the two. So I guess we get at little info as possible and different settings so this tells us that the game RUNS on Linux and that's about it.

Probably the slower one on the left is linux. Still about 20-30 fps behind from windows, I hope linux gaming gets better, it has come so far already
