Eines der schönsten Themen der Filmmusik, wundervoll interpretiert! Als jahrzehntelanger Filmmusikfanatiker muss ich sagen: das WDR Funkhausorchester kann "nebenberuflich" filmsymphonisch tätigen Orchestern wie dem London Symphony Orchestra oder dem London Philmarmonic Orchestra und auch vielen "hauptberuflichen" Filmmusikorchestern wirklich das Wasser reichen. I just heard they added Stargate SG1 to Netflix Germany. It's on my series bucket list for such a long, long time - I'll start watching it soon for the first time as well. Looking forward to it! Is its music similar to film's in terms of composer and theme? If so, I'm looking forward to it even more 😃

Stargate ist ein FILM von 1994. Außerdem, wenn das irgendwie herablassend gemeint sein sollte: das WDR Funkhausorchester ist kein "Showorchester" sondern kann sich in der Interpretation von Film- und anderer Musik durchaus mit den besten Orchestern der Welt messen lassen. Als jahrzehntelanger Fan von symphonischer Filmmusik bin ich zugegebenermaßen befangen - aber Fakt ist Fakt.
