STARLUX Airlines NEW A350 BUSINESS CLASS - Best Flight EVER!

When STARLUX Airlines introduced its brand new A350 cabin last year, I couldn’t wait to fly them. Finally, they started its commercial operation on January 20, so I went to Taiwan to try them out!
Actually I wanted to try STARLUX A350’s First Class Suite, but they didn’t sell the first class for the regional routes. So I flew from Taipei to Bangkok in Business Class.
From start to finish, service on this flight was fantastic. The business class cabin was elegant and gorgeous. The inflight meal and beverage service were really great. It was restaurant quality. The cabin crew was so professional, very friendly, and attentive.. one of best cabin crew I’ve ever met! I honestly think STARLUX is the best Taiwanese airline. I absolutely cannot wait to try their long-haul flight.

@@shihlin1 You are correct and speaking of NYC which airport should they run to do EWR this causes Chang's old employer Eva Air to restart their 9:40 pm arrival flight to EWR 11:40pm depart EWR and get UA feed from Terminals A and C since Eva Air is Star Alliance. JFK competitor Skyteam CI gets DL Feed from the same terminal but Dynasty Flyer Skyteam Elite Plus can't access a DL Skyclub but reverse can work DL Skyteam Elite Plus on CI lounges.

They could become five-star airline with more improvements. I flew them for 10 years, so I'm glad now there are more airline choices. P.S. --- China Airlines just added Prague route in July.

Services on the ground and in the air look great! I believe the lounge space was left behind by TransAsia (defunct), which explains why the area is quite small. The cabin crew really went above expectations. I am very sure you enjoyed your flight very much! Looking forward to you trying out their First Class to LAX in the future! 😃

Gotta say, that was impressive!!! Starlux was just added as an Alaska Airlines Partner and they are really expensive (number of miles required), like over 2 1/2 times the mileage of Cathay which, until now, is my absolute favorite. Maybe one day......,,,UPDATE 8/3- Cebu, Philippines....4 hours after In watched this video I changed my reservations for my return trip to SFO from JAL to Starlux, all through Alaska. Heck with the miles, Had to try this.

Great video as usual 👍 Starlux is raising the bar for level of service in Taiwan air travel, and I think it's about time. Without competition, there's no way to improve as airlines tend to get complacent after a while. Starlux's new business class is def an eye opener ! With added doors for privacy, that's def something to think about next time booking biz class cuz EVA Air and China Airlines do not have the private doors. Dang, look at the size of their TV screen ! And the food they serve is another eye opener. Wow and Double Wow !

What a well filmed video. Thanks for such a thorough review. I was thinking about switching from EVA. I'm just waiting for a few things, one of which is for Starlux to connect with TSA Pre Check. I also wonder if their movie selection is better than EVA's. I love EVA but the movie selections are very limited. Thoughts?

Great video. Starlux was new, and A350 looked nice. Excellent business class seats and delicious meals with wine and cocktails. The first class was only long haul and soon launched to LAX. Do they have a camera on this A350?

Just subscribed. Good video. The Starlux A350 Business Class look fantastic and I hope they expand to other markets with this new plane. Service looks very personable and hopefully that isn't just because the cameras were rolling. Hard product gives me QSuite vibes which is a positive. The only negative which I saw from another youtuber was the tight cubby hole for your feet when lying down. Also looks like unlike the Dimmable windows on the Dreamliner which don't go fully black and block out sunlight and the heat, these new Gen 3 ones, of which Starlux on the A350 is the launch customer do, which is fantastic.

Just checked their prices: 983€ return in business = 100€ more than China Airlines and a bit more than EVA. But… their travel time is in the middle of the day, so no crazy early departure or late arrival. So perfect for those who can afford it and want to have “Lux”.
