Dentists were doing TV, billboards, magazines etc before social media. The niche has always been, and is always going to be competitive. So what does that tell you? Saturation is irrelevant since it's always been about YOUR OFFER. 😎 @@NikNik-px2jz

Great video bro! Been watching you for quite a bit now and learned a lot. Keep killing it! I just have 2 quick questions. Is the "cold call ---> Email/VSL---> Sales Call" Funnel for client acquisition Needed? Is it possible to just do "cold call ---> then book the appointment right there --> then the sales call?". 2nd question, I'm having trouble generating leads from Google Ads for the remodel niche. Service delivery has been tough lately. I have a media buyer and he's constantly testing but we haven't generated any leads yet and it's been well over a month. Any recommendations on a framework that's proven to work enough, to get the campaign off the ground for the remodel niche?

1. You can do that, but you'll lose way more people. 2. Most media buyers run ads by the books. Which is always bad for marketing, my optimization score is usually 50% - 80% and POOR ad strength.. I get results. Doesn't matter what Google says is good, the customer wins. Get a good offer, and apply that to your ads + landing page

@@danthemktman Thanks man, super helpful info! Another quick one if you don't mind. So in terms of ad budget for Google(because I know it could be more expensive than Facebook). I'm aware that it depends on location and other factors for the client, but what do you recommend as an average general starting budget to get around 30 leads through the door?

That is based on your landing page - I could have $1M of budget but if my landing page sucks it doesn't matter. I recommend also doing manual CPC to skip the learning phase, and control the cost of your leads. Works best for call only ads.@@johnlabs1577
