I watched another video of yours this morning that stumbled into my algorithm, and it was SO good and so timely for me that a couple of hours later I was like, “I need that lady to yell at me again!” 😂 ❤ Not that you’re yelling, it’s just how my brain works. And as a result I think I’ve decided to say “No” to another teaching project that I was asked to do yesterday so I am more free to be my creative self.

We have a saying in Japanese to tapping the stone bridge before you walk, which means just can’t get it started. And i been doing that for almost a decade to start KZbin channel, and I started it last year, but I’m tapping again. 😅 so really it becomes a habit to worry things before making it to work. I know what to do, break the task by little, and state that it’s okay. And repeat that process. Yet I just can’t do it sometimes😮I guess I have to keep trying till old me gives up😅

But what about capitalism? Like, I need money on top of wanting to create whatever I want. I've heard the advice "don't make selfish art" if I want to start an art shop or do anything in design. I need to be able to make a living too right? That's what I get stuck on when I'm pursuing my creative endeavors. Do I create for me or do I create something that will sell?
