Hello, as far as brokers go, you only need to sign the contract they will send to you and you will your carrier's info in that. For an agreement between you and carrier you can google the phrase "dispatcher carrier contract" or go to my download section on www.neverstoptruck.in and download it from there. You can later import it into docusign (costs $65 a month) and send it to your driver to sign electronically.

DAT can be accessed but in order to sign up for an account you need to have a company registered in the US or sign up through one of your carriers.

Hello Salman. Broker pays directly to carrier or to their factoring. You send your invoice with your fees to the carrier.

Open Phone is denying to allow it to use for outside US dispatchers, I have applied from my country earlier btw. How can we deal with it? I tried it but they say criteria is not meet and provide us the link of business website and why do you want it to use? Problem is carrier wants me to run his business as a sole dispatcher by connecting directly with him and he doesn't have its business Website. I have no LLC atm and can't afford too Carrier can do all the things he is comfortable with it, no problem at all. Any solution to it?
