You can keep the juice refrigerated for up to 4 days after juicing. To extend the shelf life yes you can either freeze it or HPP ( High Pressure Processing ) it however both can lower the nutritional value of the juice. Freezing is the cheaper option as HPP can be more expensive !

I spoke to Food standards agency and the women on the phone was shocked how dangerous drinks the raw juices are, how I could spread Salmonella to the public. What is wrong with UK? yes you would need to play / research with your juicer and record what you are juicing ( how much & weights etc ) for the desired taste then just repeat and replicate.
