Starting an Independent Health Care Practice: Tips for Success

Hello, I want to start a concierge medicine business. My goal is to develop a team of healthcare professions who provide timely service to individuals who seek personalized holistic team approach. Everything I have read is MD starting this business model but I am not an MD (I have 12 years experience in ICU nurse). I want to hire NPs instead of MDs and provide world class customer service to select group of people who desire this level of care. Can you provide any recommendations to look into this further?
