After years playing AC and ACC on PS4/PS5 recently I bought first PC. Uploaded Assetto Corsa. I haven't found where Content Manager is but I can assure I'm able to play single player no issues and have multiplayer/online lobbies too but haven't tried yet. I bought game off Steam. it got app on my PC. When I open it I got First screen with various options. In options there is Settings, controls, video etc. I managed to set up my Steering wheel/pedals there and did Nordschleife track run on single player with random cars. I got 7900XTX and 5800X3D but still had aliasing on maxed out graphical settings on Plasma TV 60hz 1080p. I heard about AC mods and how well it made the game look. Thank you so much to showing how it's done! I'm not IT guy and love PS5 for easy of use convenience. Showing how easy it can be done WITH LITTLE BIT OF TIME you opened new simracing world for me. Appreciate your effort!

Thanks for this Tayboost! What I cannot understand is what do you mean by paid mod in the AC community. Like, how does Patreon is successful among modders, won't once you download the file people can leave Patreon of the modder or it is tied internally through Patreon so as long as we pay we can play with paid mods or the payment is mainly to stay updated mods only?

You need to head over to steam and purchase the car packs. For example some mods require you to have dlc cars. So you want to drive a Porsche 911 GT3 RS for example but comes up with error you more than likely need to buy the Porsche car pack. Thank me later 😉

this comes from editing encrypted models, even small data changes can do this if the mod you're using is encrypted in this way, pretty normal, just re install the original mod

Our mods are all installed and uploaded through google drive, we can assure you there are no viruses or malware. I have heard people picking up malware from Assetto, but if you stick to reputable modders on Discord you will be fine.

Cm is portable, you can run it from anywhere on your pc. CSP is installed afterwards and the install guide comes with the download

@@theghetto764 extract the folder to your desktop and run the pure install bat, follow the instructions and you’re good to go. Head over to Custom Shaders Patch Settings - Weather FX and make sure the script and controller are both set to pure 👊🏼

I use the old script it never went wrong and didn’t feel like I needed to update. I just had it setup really nice with AC Realism and don’t want to change it, call me old fashioned. I’ve tried the new versions though

Turns out you have to extract the zip file of the content manager, put the root file of the game and pick out plugins and install the content manager before you can install mods. why did you even make the video if you weren't going to show the steps? 3:32 You skipped literally *the* most important part of the video

Tbh not really any £500 pc will run this game at 100fps with the right settings. My 1660 super and i7 6700k runs it at 120fps offline and 70-80 online. It’s all about the settings and optimisation. 1.3k is abit high when a 1080ti/1660s or above will run this game nicely granted not at 4k or at a wow level of graphics but still to me it looks perfectly fine. Don’t get me wrong tho the more expensive the pc the better the graphics on this game are.
