I think it's badass that you're the handy person of the house. I like had anxiety about turning on our new washing machine for like a month before feeling empowered enough to do it without company 😅 super proud of you and wishing you continued success in your endeavors. I found your channel by accident and have always enjoyed your work. 🦋

🥹 thank you so much, this makes my day…. Now I will say, I should use the term handy a little loosely 😜 but I’ve done a good bit of painting and assembling! 😆💞

Grats on the job project! I'm sure it will turn out great! I was away on vacation and then got sick for nearly 4 weeks and I really missed watching your videos. I got caught up between last night and today so apparently didn't miss the 3-4 week break you took. 😁

We have a butterfly place about 20 miles away, but it costs $30 to enter, so I'll just have to look at pictures of butterflies or hope to see one outside. By the way, I hung some 84" curtains in my bedroom four years ago, and the rod I purchased (from Big Lots, I think) actually came with hardware that attached to the wall via small nails that went in through small holes on an angle (like \). Fascinating how well it worked. I've been looking on Amazon, though, and I can't find anything similar. I would recommend it, but I can't remember the name or where I got it.

Maybe if I look around more and look better into the curtain rod I buy, maybe it’ll be easier than I think? 😆 if it comes with the hardware, that’s nice! I only ended up watching one video and still haven’t bought anything lol

@@mcginnsteph Hi Steph! I think the trick is to have Gary help with one side and some eyeballing. I always have to do things myself and wish I had a second set of hands and eyes since everything is really awkward when you're trying to do it yourself. Also, step stools help LOL! Way better than standing on a chair! But really, what's the worse that could happen? (Besides falling, that is.)
