Aunty Tolu, this video definitely helped me. I am starting over in a chapter in my life, it's something I have always wanted to achieve and one thing the Holy Spirit always reminds me of is the story of Naomi and Ruth, whenever I think of shame of have low self esteem. God always reminds me that she literally wanted to change her name out of her sorrow and the steps it took for God to change her story. I am excited to start over because this time it's with God in charge

This is a great video. Can I just respectfully say that I don't think it's ideal to choose an assembly based on "what you're looking for in a church",, neither is it ideal to choose one based on a criterion as fleeting and earthly as race and culture. I think testing the waters is fantastic, but I also think that your final choice ideally should be based on God's counsel and his leading. I say this because I know that if I were to choose a church based on what I wanted in a community, I don't think I'd have made a great choice. I hope this doesn't offend at all.🙏

This is why it is dangerous to just listen to random advice on the internet without tailoring it to you, eating once a day/ intermittent fasting has helped my overall physical and mental health ! Just figure out what works, and speak to professionals

Tolu is actually right, I’ve done OMAD & it works for me really well, i lost a lot of weight but on the long run, it was messing up with a lot inside , it slowed down my metabolism too, if you are looking beyond just weight loss OMAD is not it..Ask a trained nutritionist, they will tell you this. I had to work to have a better relationship with healthy eating beyond OMAD. Will you loose weight with OMAD “ yes” , is it the best method “ Absolutely Not”
