I loved that Mukesh did not sell/pitch about his fitness company Cult. Most other founders would have pitched their startup and (falsely) boasted how they are fit because of they use their own product, and more so they started their company because they themselves were unhealthy and built it with the mission of saving the world etc. 😅 Honesty and genuineness of the participants is what keeps me hooked to this podcast.

my grandfather is 85. He never did any of the things these rich people mentioned because he did not have that much money. He still goes for a run and plays sports and has no pain in any body part and does yoga. He consumes sugar everyday. His secret you ask? 1. never eat outside food. 2. Wake up before the sun and go for a run. 3. Meditate. 4. Keep good body posture. 5. Have dinner as early as possible. Repeat for 60years. The people who goto gym and eat supplements look ripped in their prime but in their old age they gain lots of body fat because the hormone levels change in the body and once you grow old and stop working out, the body becomes weak quicker.

The first things you need to have before adopting any of these lifestyle choices...is fucking tons and load of money in your bank A/c and then you begin the conversation...for 90% of the population the day begin at 6am and ends at 11pm and one has to manage all of their choices in bits and pieces within that time frame...anyways good conversation.

This is so unfortunate.. such briliant minds having a limited understanding of health being just about maintaining body and only have poor strategies such as talking it out when it comes to issues of mental hygine.. most of the top entreprenuers are now learning to meditate or have some kind of mindfullness practice..learning how to meditate is what world is adopting from our country and we need to start practicing for ourselves and give mental hygine with breathing exercises (Pranayams) followed by meditation highest priority..the benifits are significantly exponential.. A strong mind can carry a weak body but a weak mind cannot carry even a strong body. ~Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shankar
