It"s hard inner child work hurts but it makes me stronger. No emotional intimacy. So many people just think sex is intimacy; it's not. Emotional intimacy is what we need. Yes i am aware. The reason is im disabled. I belong to a group and maybe someone there has the same ideas as i do i love people who differentiate themselves from others. Its not about looks its about substance.

Love this Ive been healing and working on myself the past 2yrs I never felt loved as a child so I learnt to reach out for love from anything or anybody and I never learnt to set boundaries putting boundaries down in life meant to me no love so I would reach out to help everybody so I was accepted and be loved but it wasn’t real love and in the end those people would leave me now I set boundaries as I’ve learnt to start loving me and putting myself and my needs first when a man messaged me saying your such a beautiful women before I’d soak that in now I know I’m more than just looks I’m a person and I don’t always look beautiful and this is where I don’t take any notice of these type of men anymore ❤️🙏🏻🌎

By far, this is the best I have heard explaining in detailed why we are so obsessed and and attached to our ex person, linking to inner child wounds. Thank you. I’ve done inner child meditation and self love, self hypnosis, yet that longing and craving to the ex who repeatedly abandoned us has not subsided. What’s the best way to heal and move forward?

I know somebody who's a real love addict. He always has to have somebody special or he would go crazy, and he admitted it. I recently had to take him off the list of friends after knowing him for 40 yrs because of his addiction. Like all other personality disorders, he can't face himself.

What if I just want more than the love I have for myself cause it doesnt feel special to me when its the same thing day in and day out night after night sleeping alone not even my dreams want me cause i never have recall of them its zzzz out then annoying alarm wakes me up from my pitch black dreamless soundless motionless sleep to go back to work etc etc cause it just repeats the same daily like a broken record. So many things that could be wrong with me i just pick and choose what i feel i do or dont care to see fixed a out myself and work on those things and seems im a great guy thats just a friend or just the "nice guy" but realy im lost wondering off in the forest of my mind and wandering through the depths of the tectonic trench that delves down to my heart. Idk may be nothing wrong and i just think there is lacking confidence cause i dont see myself like others do cause ive been told otherwise by those i love or those i let close to me and eventually just gave into theyre negative perspective about me just accepting it... lately i ponder if i have suicidal ideation or what. I wonder if any advice is actually true and look for the flaws and find them in everything rhat im looking for them in and look for how the advice can help and find it in many ways but cant think how to apply it. Plus ive given up on my goals and dreams for the future cause it takes 2 to tango cant climb a mountain with your partner on your back beating you down and undoing any progress made especially when your expectations were just to go for a friendly hike up a hill before deciding what to do next. Could sysiphus have rolled that boulder up the mountain over and over without legs. Would he have wanted if those he was doing it for watched him do it each time saying he couldnt and then when he does they say ooops i wasn't looking so you didnt do it. But you say you did that makes you a lier and a cheat so do it again and again until i can see 👀 you have done it... but secretly ill never care and juat like to watch you struggling... sorry i got a little guiser that just vented.
