We saw what he did to an Interdictor when he had the chance to alter its functioning. Wiped out an entire Imperial fleet and all the crews included. No doubt Chopper would have been fighting tooth and nail to get control of himself back, and he might very well have had a single opportunity to throw some code into the ship that was taking him over. Code that would have been triggered by something he would expect a certain someone to do to get him cut free. Something that would make the ship's key function go into major explosive overload.

people wondering why the ship blew up she reversed the signal and boosted the data being received effectively white noise. what she was trying to do was just fry their memory core. this being an ISB ship though with its quite large memory core and systems dedicated to the collection and processing of data in such a relatively small place that all went into meltdown and other systems couldnt handle the power surge as the memory core used more and more to try and handle the data frying their systems. with the fuel cells compromised as well and all the electricity and sparks. KABOOM.

DarthEnderX the gozanti is effectively an old cargo freighter design which has then been added to and adapted for surveillance work. That means new larger power source, new larger memory core. Lots of surveillance equipment and systems, larger fuel cells maybe new engines all packed into a tiny space possibly even on the cheap. This is like the real world surveillance trawlers/fishing boats used by both sides during the cold war

I skipped most episodes in Rebels because I only wanted to see the Grand Inquisitor, Ahsoka, Vader, Maul and Thrawn. I put this one on by accident, thinking it was one of the episodes with those characters, and I think it was here that Hera became my favourite member of the Ghost Crew. She's a force to be reckoned with whilst also being the "mother" of the group.

Imperial Specialist are, via their cybernetic implants, directly connected to their assigned database - this improves their capabilities in working and processing the data. Said implants are, quite obciously, connected to their brains - those large metal 'things' they have on the back of their heads. So, by overloading their database, Hera as well overloaded them. So before she killed them all in a ship explosion, she literally fried their brains. Rebelion, ladies and gentlemen! Heroes!
