The reason why the sith failed to create life is because of the Rule of Two! If there was a Rule of Many, Darth Plaegas would've succeeded! Also, sith were too knowledgeable. Now we know that knowing numbers that are greater than 2 decreases your power, since you don't think of it as the power of MANY anymore after you learn about other numbers like 3, 4, 5, etc. The power of MANY is what helped the mothers create the twins, not the power of a certain number that's greater than 2. @@daniquemaxwell5070 Honestly, with the amount of people attacking the show over THAT point, I'm not surprised the whataboutisms have come out relating to Anakin. To be fair, it's a valid point. The whole "Chosen One" bit doesn't really hold up as it is with the sequel trilogy, given that Palpatine comes back, and these witches managing to pull off what Plagueis couldn't isn't all that big of a deal when you think about it. Figure in Legends and (at least to the best of my knowledge) Canon there are various other smaller orders and cults that have their own interpretations of what the Force is, how to harness it, and have various strength in the Force. The Night-Sisters are a good example of this. That these witches pulled off the creation of life isn't that big of a stretch; they could simply have an understanding of the Force that Plagueis doesn't. If only it were an order of witches that could be taken seriously... And that's what kills the concept for me. How is anyone supposed to take these witches seriously? I need to stress this because there's always that one person lurking around, I don't mind that they're all women. I don't mind that a lesbian-couple created twins using the Force. Hell, if you could, why wouldn't you? What I do mind is how over-the-top and ridiculous these witches are and how bad the writing for those characters were. Before this show aired, if you were to tell me that an order of witches that use bland-ass chants, sound like a bunch of drama students, and do these cringe interpretive-dances were able to do what Plagueis couldn't I'd laugh and ask what you've been smoking. Now I'm just disappointed...

@@refurbishedtechpriest9076 It's not really a valid point considering the context behind them not having a father is different In Anakin's case it's assumed that he was created by the force to bring balance to it which is why he was called the chosen one while the twins were created by a woman using the force to impregnate another woman Which raises the question of since when could a force user use the force to create force sensitive offspring and why isn't this knowledge known amung the sith at the very least but I guess Palpatine should've looked into that

This show is ridiculous and Disney's canon is a hot-mess regardless. I won't deny that it does beg to question how these witches figured it out while neither the Jedi or Sith could... But I guess we can just attribute that to Disney having as much of an understanding of Star Wars as a blind, deaf, lobotomy-patient.
