Idk people might just consider this sexist but as a man and only watching movies like Rambo, James Bond, Gladiator, Troy, Braveheart and etc… I just can’t watch stuff that isn’t about masculine essence, and stoicism, men who are brave and act as men and stand up to tyranny and corrupt government. I can’t stand watching most females do fighting and action. It’s just very unrealistic to me, especially when it comes to beating a bunch of weak pathetic males up. And to see all these women in Star Wars now be the ones playing the masculine role just bugs the shit out of me. I miss the old Star Wars when it was about a brotherhood of men who didn’t stand down as weaklings and stood up for themselves. Idk maybe I’m just sexist lol. I don’t hate women I just hate how they’ve treated men lately which could just be why I’m angry about it all.

Yeah if this is when the jedi are supposed to be at their peak then they would be helping people and keeping the peace. There are 2 plot leaks actually, theory only talks about the more detailed one which is very likely fake 😂 it is not in line at all with the trailer or what we know about the series, besides the sister part. The sisters are actually going to be twins, both played by Amandla Stenberg, and by some other actress when they are younger. They are both part of a dark side cult (not Sith) when they are young. The Jedi attack this cult, and they kindnap one of the twins

I never got past the first couple episodes of Bad Batch Season 2, nor the first half of Mando Season 2. Loved Tales of the Jedi. Truth be told, I’m just so burned out on Star Wars at this point, the Acolyte trailer sealed the deal, which was a real shame because I thought the poster was simple yet amazing, and so smart. It set me higher expectations than I care to admit. To be honest, the only thing Star Wars that’s keeping me around right now is Andor, because it is fucking amazing. After that, who knows? Unless they pull their fingers out their asses and soon, maybe I’m done with Star Wars. I hate to see them ruining a franchise so dear to me.
