​​​​​@@RiteshKumar-uq2ju mera ek uncle bhi EE ha unhona 2010 ma join Keya tha state AE and 2018 ma unka promotion EE ma hua fir unhona 4 years 6600 grade pay ma work Keya currently wo 7800 grade pay maha recently mana unka salary slip dekha basic pay 89470 DA 53% 47420 HRA 30% 23840 TA 7200 and kuch more small perks kuch 10000+ total gross around 182k around phir deduction 30% incomtax 😢 10% nps and kuch medical allowance etc 1200 kuch. first incomtax 41082 NPS 13694 so total decution around 54k so in-hand salary around 130k+ around but mujha laghta ha wo bohut corrupt ha 2019 election ma humara yaha sa ek contractor bhaiya mla ka post ka leya stand leya tha unko wo ee wala uncle na 3cr deya 😮 family ma sabko pata ha wo mla candidate ka name LK YANFO . Chingtajo . East kameng district salary slip accurate nahi ha lakin kuch asa hi tha wo uncle kafi rich ha bohut property ha and incometax and nps sarab BASIC PAY AND DA ma laghta ha

Sach batau toh .....(60%) state AE is better than Central government.....apne State me raho holidays me gaav ghum lo apne shahar ghum lo ...mother father ki seva kr lo ...baki political issue state AE me jyada interfere karta hai ...

In SSC JE, most of the departments provide you a group-B service. In railways, even Senior Section Engineer(level-7, GP-4600) are in group C service. Physical and site work, work load, etc are more in railways than SSC JE(CPWD, CWC, etc)

sir please tell us about why people are leaving psu jobs i ahve seen due to healthe issues an the remote location they leave these job . also in psus they provide management roles where carrer is more inclined in management . please give more insights on which will be better ae je or psu

Understand that in PSUs wherever the pay scale is starting from basic pay 50k or 60k , the workload is immense and with remote area posting . There’s no power that u can feel being in PSU , u will just feel like as if u are in a private company but with low income…The workload in PSU after almost 15-16 years of work and the salary u receive for that can’t match the standards of private ..So thats why people just like me are leaving PSU jobs and shifting towards State and central govt jobs
