Perfectly explained, JEs job is not something to gloat about but is an survival job that xan fulfill ur families basic needs. Of al JE jobs in govt sector, I can assure that CPWD is best interms of exposure. But promotional avenues are basically non existent. You will get one promotion to AE but about that only few will be promoted to EE, like 20%. Also transfer scene is not good.

Yes you are correct in some circumstances but i think you didn't work in private sector, after MBA you have to join Private sector you will get good salary but what about social respect it only comes with govt. Service. If you do Phd in IIMs then it's better option. And in private sector work schedule will not fixed and many things are there which you will face in private sector but not in govt sector. Though all have advantages as well as disadvantages. But my suggestion would be if you work 3 months in private sector company, then you will realise which one better. Remember money is secondary, mental peace should be the primary goal. Although it's my own thoughts.

Mental peace is a myth bro. But yes, there are always pros and cons of any profession. Government jobs, today, have one or two perks,security is one of them. And then there is a choice, if you want to work, then you will have a lot of work. If you dont want to work, then also it doesnt matter, you will get same salary and perks. That being said,in my opinion, being a sluggard and a couch potato is a constipated way of living. It brings inertia to your life. And in my opinion, if you work more than the emoluments should also accordingly rise, which doesnt happen in government jobs. Again PROS and CONS

It depends on university/college. After M tech, its usually 3 to 5 years. Integrated mtech has only benefit that btech plus mtech gets completed in 5 years. However some colleges are providing integrated mtech plus phd in 5 years now a days. Choose this career only if you are genuinely interested in research and can devote considerable time in studies.

I have worked in pvt sector getting 90000 in-hand in 5 years experience. The work life balance is hell. Also no job security, always fear of layoffs and insecurity. No social respect. Cannot take leaves more than 10,15 days at once. Even in leave you have to work like attending calls, meetings if something comes important etc. Everyone in one sector thinks that other sector is good but it's not true erything comes with a cost in private and nothing is free here. You will survive only if ur upto the expectation otherwise ur out

Otherwise even if u work dayn night in the same company they are not willing to pay u. I have worked in India's largest MNC and US MNC n saying this with experience. Also as you grow older in private it's difficult to switch also nowadays as people are not ready to pay u thatmuch amount bcoz in place of u they than hire 3 freshers in half of the salary what they are paying u.

Depends on what your preferences are. If you are not comfortable with transfers, state exams are better. But for any other reasons, CPWD JE is better

Yes, one can go for higher studies. And during such time you will be paid salaries also. Condition is that you must have completed 5 years of regular service and you will have to work for minimum prescrbed duration after completing higher studies. If you choose not to continue the service after studies, then you will have to pay back the salary paid to you during the study period

what type of job is better bhayiya if one has option in ssc jobs like aso/da or sscje or state ae je or psu jobs if he needs work life balance and good amount of money . i want to go for grade a ;level jobs but at first need a job .psu jobs are greta but it is seen that these are generally in remote areas and the health issues get severe in these jobs (if possible you can tell us about these jobs and issues aced in the jobs) Also is it possible to do extra part time work with these jobs if a person get stuck in these job . if person wants grow in these jobs what kind of preparation of other jobs or things person needs to do. please make a video or please reply.

Yes, state AEs are a trap. One shouldnt rely on those exams. Exams are regularly postponed. One of my batchmates who was preparing with me, decided to go for state AE exam as he wanted home state posting. He eventually got it. Only after about 6 years.The exam was conducted after 5 years and results declared after 1 year. It ruined his career

Yes you can do it. You can take study leave after completing 5 years of regular service and do it. Alternatively You can do it throguh AMIE. AMIE was acceptable till 2020. Not sure if its still acceptable.
