As a third-party observer (and someone who was recently tasked with researching municipalities throughout the country) I will say that this is the BEST video I have seen with the purpose of outreach and education for residents. Amazing stuff; transparency, authenticity, honesty, and excitement are all conveyed beautifully here. This should be use as a model for city/state representatives. A job well done!
