This is the most magical and thought-provoking video I've ever seen. I live in a very constricted toxic environment and my options are limited when it comes to physical freedom. But this video made me realize that no matter where I am, my heartbeat and my breath are the same, and I can embrace and lead a life of purpose despite my circumstances. I'm working to make things better for myself, but until then, this is what I hold on to.

Okay, long comment so buckle up. I originally wanted to write some kind of letter or email but couldnt find any info (which is a good thing ig) but here it is: Dear Charlie I know this sounds really cliche to hear and this might not even feel as real to you as it does to me, but i wanted to thank you. Thank you for everything. I know you dont know who tf i am but i dont care. You changed my life forever as you probably also did for others. It is the actual things that are happening like: me learning spanish, starting meditating and in general helping me take care of myself and helping me out of well... mental stuff ill say. But also the non physical, non-... well not directly noticable things. You made me think like a whole new person and have helped me achieve a better state of mind. Every time i open my computer i search 'State of mind' (and scroll thru all the anoying things that have corelation to the empire state of mind song) and look at your channel page, watching to see if there is a new video. If there is it made my day. If there isn't a new vid i know that there will come a new one, just as wise or wiser than the last. No pressure but you are the person that (in my sight) is the wise(st) person i know and i take sirianni notes of almost every video you upload and try and get every last drop of information out of the vid. ah thank you sm bro, I'm glad the message came across. I'm also back in modernity and wanting to learn how to navigate it in a new way. Luckily if what underlies everything is complete, it should be able to be found in any circumstance. I don't really have an answer since modern society really is crazy compared to indigenous life. I feel like I have so much ingrained in me to try and leave behind, for now I think meditation is a method of learning exactly this
