Just a few months into the hobby and we can see a clear sense of "good taste" developing in the way you choose your watches. Not something everyone has!

Hi! I love the collection, actually you have the same taste in watches as me. Having the same taste, I would suggest taking a look at the Hamilton Khaki Field automatic on steel bracelet. I bought this watch as a graduation gift to myself and I must say: it’s awesome

Hey! I have been eyeing the Hamilton Khaki Field for a while. It was almost a selector as my first watch. But, haven’t quite yet got my hands on one. I have some others on my radar, and a recent solid independent brand I just bought that’ll be on the channel soon. Thanks for the words, and congrats on the Hamilton + graduation! - Felix

Great and interesting video! Also, that’s a really amazing collection you’ve built in such a short time 🤩 I also have the golden Casio and two PRXs in my collection. The carbon one will probably follow as well 😁 Wishing you lots of fun and looking forward to your next video! Best regards, Nico

You should’ve just bought one Rolex, Breitling or Omega for what you’ve spent.

None of those watch brands are worth only having one watch versus having diversity. A one-watch Rolex (not even a collection) would be ultra boring, and the same for Breitling or Omega. For a collector, I think exploring different styles, designs, dial/bezel combinations, and complications is much more valuable and rewarding - Jason

@ There are plenty of people who have used one watch throughout their entire life, and if you look at the vintage market most one piece wearers available are either Patek, Rolex, Omega and yes even Breitling. Reason is that after the dust of time is cleared, those three are the brands that were either rugged enough (with exception of Patek), had the ability to be serviced (many brands come and go and parts are hard to come by), held their value (not that I look at value) and are still relevant to be passed down and worn by new generations because of their heritage, history and timeless designs. Before our insanity of hoarding and possessing a man only wore one watch for life, and that is actually a trend that’s coming back. After the bubble of the hype watches popped and everyone realized the madness that was going on, all of the sudden now everyone is trying to become minimalist, one watch collector. I will admit, I am one of them, I had a collection of useless hype pieces and now I found comfort in only have two, a dress Omega Deville and a Sports Sea Dweller.

I don't find anything wrong with the desire to get to 1 or 2 pieces. But many collectors want diversity and enjoy building a collection. I would agree that it's better to take a collection from 30 pieces to say 12 pieces. But for me, and many others, having only 2 watches would take alot of joy away from the hobby. I enjoy lots of different designs, heritage, complications, funkiness, etc etc to only have 1 or 2 watches. I'm not speaking for Felix, but he's very much the same. - Jason
