Paul Heywood I don't know if in my country police is earning on average less than other countries, but here, in a Northern European country, police have a good salary if they make $50-60k a year, higher ups will make a bit more but not that much. Top notch police chiefs will earn like 100-150k a year. Even civilian employees of the police make more money than all newly hired officers. It's also a 2 year education in the academy so you need to get student loans to be an officer. Imagine my shock when I see 100k a year or even 150k legit for regular officers. That's a damn good salary and those officers should feel privileged and happy.

This cop should have to pay back every cent he took, and every suspect ticket should be expunged and paid back to the citizen. The sad truth is this happened to me. I was literally bed ridden after a screwed up cerebral spinal fluid tap and thus couldnt even elevate my head with a pillow. I ended up in hospital for 5 days, and didnt drive for 5 wks, yet when I went to renew my license mysteriously there was a third speeding ticket. Ive only EVER been pulled over twice and Ive only paid two tickets and I was in the hospital and my car was parked the entire time. Yet somehow its on my record.

I have one huge question on this. Every dispatcher I've ever known maintains radio contact with their field officers. In fact it's normally written in procedure that if you don't hear from them every so many minutes you have to raise them and check that they're okay. If I was a dispatcher and I had an officer out of touch for 3 hours I would be sending people out looking. That tells me they knew something was going on and chose to ignore it

I would bet that the supervisors were well aware of this. I've ran many businesses, and this is exactly the type of thing I would audit for. It's simple, randomly check tickets vs dash cams. ESPECIALLY when overtime is involved, you HAVE to check. The simple fact is when money is involved you have to put everything under a microscope, if your a diligent owner/manager.

This cops life was a threatened as a home maker... Not a Sawyer, or a crab fisherman, or a firefighter... A home maker... Allowing this kind of theft, by those who are supposed to enforce laws... Wow, cops have little credibility, and that is simply due to the fact, they allow bad apples...

He needs to pay it all back, take all his possessions, but the real question is why would these towns pay SO much unless they are using them to collect money on speed tax or frankly make up infractions since they refuse to raise taxes, thus minorities and the poor get the burden BC cops target them BC they are hoping they have arrest warrants, no insurance, drugs, DUI etc. In essence they illegally stop ppl and then start fishing for the probable cause to stop u. I’ve always said that we have criminals enforcing, prosecuting and judging laws. Each one protects the other. Even when they are caught doing crimes they get a portion of the punishment you or I would get, but a judge would find us guilty and lecture us on how there’s no excuse for ignorance of the law. The racket still continues .

Louisiana Breach of Oath to the State Constitution should be applied at Maximum Penalty which currently is abhorrent in that the Maximum fine is Only 500 dollars having Never been adjusted for inflation in recent times and the Jail time Maximum is only 6 months . This serves as Very little deterrent vs how much the tax dollars/public trust We're Intentionally ie Criminally Defrauded . Breach of Oath is a Public officials 1st Crime when they commit a Crime Knowingly Wrongful (it is Unlawful to attempt to Indemnify from harm for Knowingly Wrongful Acts under Common Law Maxim ) Them Most IA'S via DA'S & Prosecutors refuse to Prosecute their Crimes again serving as I'll say No deterrent nevermind little deterrent. If a member of the average Louisianan were to Commit Financial Fraud against the Taxpayers what then is the Penalty ; you can be assured it's Most likely a Felony which predominantly is the Case Nationwide . Theft by Deception is a Felony when even a Contractor , Company commits Fraud to include writing bad checks etc in Some cases . Police recieve special treatment Already under "Color of Law" ; Yet the System still in Most cases seemingly unwilling to Uphold their Oaths as well and Apply the Laws . This establishes a Protected Class (apart from disabled & children) which is Unconstitutional In Most States . Qaulified immunity policy as Law from the Bench (Scotus) Cannot be claimed either ; yet that doesn't stop their Lawyers etc from trying which in itself is a Violation of Common Law . Furthermore Qaulified immunity is Unconstitutional as its directly opposing the Common Law Maxims and Scotus overstepped Unconstitutionally by Its very introduction . See pier Law review of QI Yale Law did an excellent job on their opinion . There's enough pier Law review of that topic to quantify a New Common Law ; not as if the Current one is defective or insufficient in any way . Some argue that Scotus was Asked/ordered per Lieber Code to Commit their High Capitol Offense via BOO (Breach of Oath in DC) & the Felony of Practicing Law from the Bench which is another Felony ; some also argue this was the Case w Citizens United as well . Hence if at request/order of Potus that would also mean that the President Violated his/her Oath of Office . Note : Scotus ONLY extended QI to the Juduciary and Legislature so they might Knowingly Violate their Oaths and introduce & pass as many Unconstitutional Acts Knowingly Wrongful against the Peoples Written Will Violating Process and Breaching their Oaths of Office ; the States predominantly then in Violation of the Common Law wrongfully extended QI even further and alot of Jurisdictions reduced the Penalties for Breaching Ones Oath to barely more than a Jaywalking Ticket ie a Misdemeanor at albeit most . Breach of Oath is a Crime even if The Penalty is a joke it is to be applied PERIOD and the fact it is Not usually used exposes the Fraudulent System as a Knowingly Wrongful Act and these are also impeachable offenses against the Public Trust . Qaulified immunity is a Pet Peeve Of mine esp as a student of Common Law which is Our Constitutional Form of Law not the Fraudulent BAR when used on Real People as Color of Law which actually is Not Law at all ; it's Unconstitutional and Administrative Process where the Phony Judge doesn't even have a Copy of an Oath of Office as a Court of Record or of Competent Jurisdiction nor General Jurisdiction . Peeps need to Wake up The System is Grossly flawed by Grand Deceptive Unconstitutional design by All levels of Governance in this ONCE great Nation . It was Great when it was Under Law itself as the Common Law was Enforced by now a disconcerted Populace . You cannot call yourself a Patriot whilst also Supporting Fraud . Historical fact Peeps Hamilton the Banker Ordered Jefferson against his will to Incorporate American Govt for Profit at the State Level 1st in West Virginia then via Census of the Landowners ( then rightful voters) they failed to garner ever half the Votes reqd as they Landowners and Populace Even said at that time it's was an Unconstitutional Act; the Govt Proceeded anyways and via propaganda spread the Grand Lie of Consent Nationwide . If you wonder the time period this was just Post the Revolutionary War and this is what the War was in Great Part over . Not much has changed except to exceed Lawful jurisdictions (your rights in common language ) ever since Are you awake now ? Suggested Reading : The History of Summers County, WV free from Google Play Books And the Creature from Jekyll Island . Then you will See A Large Portion of the Big Picture Timeline: Greenbacks become the Council of the Elites who later became the present day Council on Foreign Relations aka the Founding Families of which OWN the US Govt As Privately Incorporated , the Fed Reserve and the IRS ; Who did you think the President, Congress and Scotus work for ; and per Lieber Code all States Governors . Read up on the Lieber Codes American Politics are a Mockery of what they once we're ; I submit there is NO SUCH thing as The Republican or Democratic Parties ; Just a Cover for the Council on Foreign Relations Controls . I've studied this for 40 years . I've done my best to put this into Common Language Breach of Oath Needs applied Always when Knowingly Wrongful Acts Against the Peoples Common Laws are Committed ; heck apply it also under "Their system" aka BAR as well . Hence Justice will be denied unless " Good Peoples Do Something " . That something is use Proper Process : Put wants/needs in writing , possibly notorized, mail to Representatives using REGISTERED Mail . Btw using Registered mail is Non Domestic and Does Not Grant Jurisdiction when answering Traffic nor criminal citations as its what's called Arms Length ; if it's a Matter of your Rights or Jurisdiction or CONSENT then File it in District Article 3 Court or in DC District Court where there is No states Constitution but only the US Constitution to go off of as alot of the States have Corrupted the Article 3 Structure (Contempt for Congress ) in "my opinion" . Note In DC that's a Article 1 Jurisdiction where Congress itself is to Hear & Rule on Cases There a distinct difference in Rights in and under Law . Curiously this is Not upheld since the Incorporation of America . I suggest All read Thom Hartmann's new Book on the US Supreme Court . What is Breach of Oath ? What is Treason Sedition against the Peoples ? What are (Very Very Importantly Stressed here) Certificates of Participation ? What is CAFR and how , when and authorized use by WHOM ? The Main problem as I see it in America is 1)the Discarding of the Common Laws 2) the Incorporation for Profit . & when this happens *3* Breach of Oath is Not Applied *4* Contempt for Pre March 9, 1933 Legitimate Congress/USA Govt Scotus & Congress were Lieber code Hijacked into the Private Corp owned by the CFR btw That's Treason . NO members of Congress expose this to my knowledge . The Attorney General knows this too = What a Bad Joke A serious Miscarriage of Justice and the Overthrowing of the Rule of Actual Law . Peeps wake up It's not a Conspiracy when it's a fact via Public Record . God Bless America and All our Many Good Peoples . Insist Breach of Oath is Always Applied . These are My Feelings on these matters . What are Yours ? #BreachOfOathIsaCrimeUseIt Pier Law review : Law Enforcement Title is a legal term used to Define in Law per/under Martial /Lieber Code Peace Officers was a Common Law term . How many Peace Officers do you see Anymore? "State Police are Law Enforcement " "Lieber Code is Often Abused" If you wish to : look up the #ITNJ.ORG International Tribunal For Natural Justice and consider joining ; take the Oath "To do no harm to another" and help starting to Bring Lawfulness back to the Entire World too include the USA . I am a Member Hwvr I'm speaking on my Own here from my heart , mind and soul . What are Your Convictions based upon your ethics, Morals and learnings ? I bet that trooper is had a Scooby Doo flashback, “if it was for those pesky reporters I would have gotten away with it”.

In the early 90's Dateline did a story of La. State Troopers, falsely stopping & ticketing people for speeding and unjust, illegal searches. Using bully and intimidation tactics to get consent. Reporters rented a new Lincoln Town car, were stopped for speeding, on I-20 west of Shreveport, near Greenwood La. Video footage showed them 5mph below the speed limit, caught 2 troopers in a "red handed" lie!!

In 2005 I was written a ticket by a police officer for 100+ miles per hour At that time Was on the isle of man taking a tour of their famous motorcycle racing course went to court with all the proof and they said you have to pay the ticket first before you can appeal or make a claim that this ticket is not valid I paid the ticket and was never ever given an opportunity to confront that police officer he retired 45 days later I found out that he wrote over 3000 tickets for the max in that state I have subsequently sued the state in small claims court What a judgment and never received my money back that’s why I always run when they try to catch me

This is why you ALWAYS scrutinize your ticket that you got making sure that every detail is correct. I got a ticket dismissed because the wrong date was entered. Those simple time errors alone would have thrown each ticket out of court but most of these people just pay it and go on...
