Great way to raise a kid. True trouble makers I'm going with not guilty. Also those are dog scratches and bites. Doesn't take rocket science. Several channels has forensic specialist on and agree dog bites. Even other cops made comments dog bites.

Let me tell you what I find fascinating in this opening so far. This prosecutor had to read from his notes when giving us details about John O'Keefe.. who he was, his life, his parents, kids, even his age.. but oh look at him now.. not once is he looking down at his notes when talking about the Alberts, their connections to one another and to the case. He couldn't care any less about JO, his family or his story, this guy is so scummy. There's a reason why he lacks any sense of conviction in his delivery.. its because both at the beginning and end of the day, he doesn't really believe in his own case you see, just going through the motions like the piker that he is. This is the worst opening statement I’ve ever heard in my entire career. It is so incredibly horrible. He seems to be bored and like he could not care less about the decedent and actually getting justice for Mr. O’Keefe. He seems lazy and like someone who does the absolute bare minimum, no actually less than the bare minimum. This guy should be ashamed and embarrassed. The DA’s office should be ashamed (and hopefully disciplined harshly by the Feds) about every single thing, from start to finish, done in this case. They don’t care about justice for either Officer O’Keefe or justice for Karen Read. Shameful. Mr. Lally is a disgrace

I don’t believe he believes in his case. He has been ordered to prosecute Read and he is going to do it. The Defense was passionate, clear. The opening Defense statements were devastating to the prosecution. The Judge had ruled the Defense could not bring in third party defense in the opening statements, but they did it any way. A sharp prosecutor would have objected, but this guy just sat there.
