The ferry is free now been that way since the late 90s but it used to be only 50 cents to ride the ferry 🙃

@@thetruthinmasquerade1920 if you watch the video the reporter says nyc ferry will be free to help out. the staten island ferry is always free. nyc ferry is a different ferry service that usually charges.
