Me niether! This is one of those times that ghosting can actually be a good thing. If there's a clear pattern it's not a one-off, it's time to always be busy whenever they call or text. Nobody has time or energy for a full blow out, which narcissists typically do when called out.

Yes, I have that happen so much! It's basically a veiled insult 😒 What that person said to you, Jenna, was definitely inappropriate and uncalled for! Why didn't that person ask you HOW you were feeling, or them wishing you get better? Like, say words that showed they CARE about you, versus saying something to you which can be interpreted as an insult? (Sarcasm on their side) 😒 The things some people say just show how jealous and low-vibe they are...

I feel this on a core level. My daughter's father is trying to pull this every time I turn around. He takes shots at me about being mental and I need someone to watch over me. I came from completely homeless and being on drugs, to having my children trust me and my own apartment. Where does a person come off telling me I need help when they aren't out of the woods themselves? I know I shouldn't let it get to me.... He says I need him to watch over me so I don't get myself into trouble!?!🤨🤔😳

I can relate to what you're talking about with weight comments - I struggle with chronic migraine and every time I mention I have a dr. appointment or I'm going to try a new medication, they say things like, "have you ever thought about going the holistic route?" Or, "getting some exercise may help" as though he knows I'm not already integrating these things into my treatment plan. Essentially, he's saying "maybe try to stop being so unhealthy" and it GRINDS my GEARS ⚙️ but what I've learned from you and others is that lashing out at them doesn't really accomplish anything. They just play the victim and get upset as though YOU'RE being unreasonable for calling them out on their toxic BS. We can only control our own reaction and it's better sometimes to just shake it off, be confident in our truth and realize that its only upsetting if we put value on how they view us, which we shouldn't. Thank you so much for your content!
