Staying at Hilton Garden Inn Hotel in KL for Birthday Weekend. Luxury or Overpriced?

Looks like a nice hotel and the breakfast buffet is amazing. Sometimes a traveler needs to dig in and find a place to relax and recuperate...traveling is a demanding lifestyle. I hope to return to Asia later in the year but at 72 one never knows. Happy trails...

There's much better condos/serviced apartments with infinity pools/decent gyms in KL for slightly more money.

Yes long term is lower. Typically 500 to 800 per month for service apartments

Happy birthday. I can't remember the name of the hotel I stayed in at the moment, but it wasn't far from Petronis towers what I remember. The biggest thing is there was a street 5 minutes walk away, if that, with different restaurants lined up for about 3 blocks. Most of them were seafood restaurants.

Hilton bought out a lot of other hotels. They like charging extra for internet and parking, at least here in California. Don't overdo it with the workout! Happy Bday!! Petronas Towers reminds me of that movie, Heist with Sean Connery.
