Staying in Paradise | San Blas Guna Yala

We left the house and now we're enjoying a relaxing stay at Guna Yala, also known as San Blas in Panama. Excited to be on another adventure after being stationary to finish up the cookbook.

Can't wait to get down there! Son and I have been planning to for years now, but he's in Korea and I'm in Oregon and we both have jobs it's hard to take time off of. We'll get it coordinated some day!! Los Buzos, some bigger boats for YFT and billfish, and some days just like these: Chillin.

Latin American Culture. You just have to jump in even if they are just doing their job, the locals will love it and show you the real gems and experiences for non tourists. If you show them new cooking techniques and the fact you are cooking for them is your way in. Glad you are exploring further south. Saludos desde Chile.

Es cosa de llegar, meterse, indigar, conocer, llegar y averiguar muchas veces sin hacer una reserva y hemos terminado, cocinando para los locales, conociendo/compartiendo recetas, invitados a festivos, paseos que solo conocen los locales, pescando conociendo playas, cascadas, lagunas, pueblos, termas, cuevas de hielo entre otros. These beaches look like they're waiting for a sand castle city. Easily a 2-3 day project of tiny details, and rebuilding stuff taken out by the tide. Then you get the fun of destroying each one before you leave.
