Steam bending wood, air dried oak

What is the tightest radius you've been able to reliably achieve? This appeared to be a pretty thick section. 1"? Great video.

Hi thanks for watching, yes this was 1” thick and soaked for 24 hours as the first ones that weren’t soaked broke, these are the tightest we’ve done so far but not sure what the radius was as didn’t measure it but we did another 6-8 after this and they all worked well, we have an idea for some bentwood furniture which will need tighter radius so will be interesting to see what we can get away with
