糯米鸡,是大马华人最喜欢的早餐茶点
糯米鸡不管是在点心店还是街头港尾的华人茶室,都能轻易被找到。
糯米鸡做法是由广东籍先辈带到马来西亚,却完好的保留了用碗蒸煮的做法,
馅料也保留了鸡肉,腊肠,冬菇,鸡蛋,猪肉。
配料: Ingredients:
两个鸡腿 - 2 chicken drumsticks
10片猪肉 - 10 slices of pork
10朵香菇 - 10 mushrooms
10片鸡蛋 - 10 slices of eggs
10片 腊肠 - 10 slices sausage
1茶匙鹽 -1 tsp salt
1 茶匙绍兴酒 - 1 tsp seasoning wine
1湯匙蚝油 - 1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 茶匙酱油 - 1 tsp soy sauce
1汤匙 芝麻油 - 1 tbsp sesame old
1茶匙油 - 1 tsp Oil
1 茶匙黑酱油 - 1 tsp black soy sauce
1 茶匙蔗糖 - 1 tsp Sucrose
少许胡椒粉 - dash of white pepper
糯米调味料: Seasoning for glutinous
600克 糯米 - 600 g glutinous rice
1茶匙鹽 -1 tsp salt
1 湯匙酱油 - 1 tbsp soy sauce
1茶匙 芝麻油 - 1 tsp sesame old
½ 茶匙胡椒粉 - ½ tsp white pepper
½ 茶匙蔗糖 - ½ tsp Sucrose
1 茶匙黑酱油 - 1 tsp black soy sauce
3 湯匙猪油 - 3 tbsp lard / oil
