The story reminds me of The Mandela Catalogue, how they imitate people but they have a really uncanny look to them. In the song they're also trying to convince the person to come out and join them, like how an alter was knocking and trying to get Mark to come out in the series. This is also very interesting because Halloween is supposed to be the day where the dead can roam free on the streets like humans. Love this eerie but cute background!! Love your work as always

I’ve been listening to Friends In The Fog all October. I just love the eerie and somber tone this song. The slow whistling sound at the beginning of this song give me the feeling of a ghost town. Little details like that adds so much. You are able to tell stores amazingly through just music. Your music had vary little or no repetition, thats something I really enjoy. Some of the most popular songs today are really good but they repeat a chorus, phrases or word way to much and it gets boring. I love your music!

So… I've done some reading about the Fae, I am NOT an expert of course, but I have done some reading, and I'm getting Fae vibes. The line "They look like your neighbors, your family, your friends, but experts say this is where similarities end" makes me think of the dangerous and sometimes cruel nature of the Fae, and there's the line "Everyone's gone and I'm all by myself.", which makes me think of how the Fae would sometimes kidnap humans. Finally, the line "And they're all so familiar, I almost can't tell" makes me think of how Fae would use glamours/illusions to appear human. Even though the glamours are really good, the person singing can tell that there's something just… a little bit off, but they're so lonely by now that they're willing to ignore the feeling just to have someone to talk to again
