Super Vegito and Kid buu in bt3 was way broken than Gogeta or Cell. His L1 + forward and O were the most broken ability he basically turns ultra instinct for a period of time. He auto dodges everything even beams rush attacks too.

Perfect cell is only the best because he has death beam, explosive wave, and is a brawler type. Hes ss tier in all of those, and clearly the best, but what OP was getting at is gogeta was made by the devs with the intention of being op, same as Jiren. Cell was not.

No totally the opposite you have to actually know the characters moves and body type and exploit that. Yes super 17 was 1 of the few broken characters who had a machine gun arm blaster that did ALOT OF CHIP DAMAG IF BLOCKED and the only android who could absorb full out beams without using a special ability to do it. Yo these maps look incredible, I think i favor the night and evening maps over the day time one's and this is by far the best looking time chamber we've had. I love how they've captured the atmosphere of it, and how things have a slight foggy/hazy look the further you move out from the building.

What i always loved about the tenkaichi games was that characters were lore avcurate in power level. Like back in tenkaichi 3 when super wasnt on the map, Gogeta ssj4 was insane, cell was super strong, Omega shenron (mostly against cpu i think he wasnt strong in pvp matches), Super 17, kid buu etc. I hope same case applies in sparking.
