It’s within the Canberra Approach Class-C control zone, but apart from that clearance there are no additional restrictions for flight over the top.

@stef747 I work for the special fx lighting company so I'm at most BBL games (and AFL). Although I do also work for a different pyrotechnics company too, but not the BBL ones here.

Bad luck about the cricket, maybe next year. As a local Canberran, you'll find most of them down the South Coast, around Batemans Bay plus anywhere north and south of there. More of a ghost town than usual.

Oh mate… I drove my 2 boys 500km to see our team Sixers lose to the Stars on Boxing Day 2023 (Maxwell hit a massive six bouncing off the roof of Bill Oreilly at SCG). But the boys still talk about it despite the loss. Nothing beats the bonding
