Some great drills, glad I’m already using a few of these! Love that you also noted how important single leg Plyometrics are because you’re almost always only pushing off of 1 foot at a time!🙌🏼

What were the lifts you did in college that hurt your back? I'm guessing cleans and deadlifts?
@StefanMuellerMP4 жыл бұрын
It was a combination of a lot of very very heavy exercises, but cleans squats and deadlifts definitely caused the most stress on my body

Great video! 😀👍 Is it bad to do first 20 mins some leg strenght workout and then do this workout? 🙏🤔

Hi Stefan, since I’m a left back too I was wondering if you could show me how to plan a weekly schedule you can follow for the off season before pre season? I’m unsure on how much to do high intense and don’t want to do too much. Cheers!

Brilliant! Just what I was looking for for my 10 and 14 year olds I want them to start the new season. How many times a week would you recommend that we do this?
@StefanMuellerMP4 жыл бұрын
It depends on how much other training (weight training, ball training, running, etc.) they're doing but for most people 2-3 times per week while managing fatigue and soreness is ideal
@awesomekidyoutuber84564 жыл бұрын
@@StefanMuellerMP thank you for such a quick reply! They are not really doing much other than shooting practice, cone work, ball mastery and shooting practice. They ride their bikes but no specific cardio, plyometrics or conditioning. Due to get a new running machine so they will start some formal cardio then.
