Firstly I think your amazing and all your videos have really good and have helped me to develop in football alot over quarantine. Just something to think about, I do alot of running and been told heel flicks are bad exersices to do as they teach you bad running technique. I'm sure you know what your doing though and keep it up.

I wish I had the dedication to better myself physically earlier on in life. I missed out on my chance to play college soccer and I regret it everyday. Still, I find that conditioning for soccer is really the best training out there for general fitness. Gotta get back into it

ik im not 7mcl but if you are seeking help bro you should not train super hard before the camp however do more streching and more ball work at home insted of acceleration bc you will get sore and not preform at your best

brooo im not 7mcl bc he knows more than me !! but from my understanding the answer to your question is simply take smaller steps when changing direction and then longer strides like mbappe in more strait lines !!!!!!! and yea ankel weights and ladders do help with quick feet !!!!

ik im not 7mcl but for a safe acceleration?speed exersise you should do it at least 2 to 3 times a week with streching when you get back home and going in a cold bath to prevent soreness and major injuries!!! check out my channle bro i do soccer !!!!
