One thing I can't find much of in regard to training are the games. You gotta be playing games with these kids to keep them interested and grow that love/interest for training. I'm not talking sports games like playing an actual game of hockey, I'm talking tag or tug of war. What are some of the games you have these really young kids play? I wanna know the "Best Games for Developing Young Athletes."

Not all kids... js

@@indyfosho5458 Good point, some kids are just natural hard workers and these are the cream of the crop athletes but a majority of kids nowadays are just lazy, coddled, and nerfed out of the minds from their parents on top of ADHD and anxiety and coaching kids is a hard job. I see it all the time on my kids' sports teams and from other parents. Even some of the most talented and coordinated/athletic kids have the attention span of a fly.

Love it! Easy to understand and as a parent it helps to have an idea of what will actually work.

Very well articulated! You’re experience shows - this is fantastic. Q: would love to hear how to progress this into teenage athletes, specifically for power and vertical jumping. Thank YOU!

Can you make a video giving some key points to address for middle school and high school level speed development?

I work 1 on 1 with a healthy group of dual or tri -sport youth athletes and I've started integrating some of your programs and exercises into their programs. Examples of all the exercises would be amazing so I can pass the information and/or create new members to access the database when needed. First one I ask is the star drill.

This is great content and you somewhat answered my question on email. Any modifications you’d suggest doing to some strength exercises (benchpress, deadlifts) of the game speed program for 6-8yr olds? Thanks again for your commitment to youth development!!

HI Chris, great video. I am trying to get my daughter faster she weights 52 pounds is able to pull 125 pound using a isomax. ( this measure maximum output for overcoming isometric work.) How much do you think she should be able to pull for her weight? She is 7 years old and working hard to get faster everyday. Keep the videos coming! Kind reagrds Shannon
