We could exactly! Julie just didn't want to come back. Stelena could rebuild them in season 5 or 6, but she didn't care. She recently said that had it not been for Nina's departure, she would have brought back Stelene, but that's not true. Look, in season 5 there were such beautiful scenes from Stelena that were only meant to encourage Stelena fans to watch again because the series had a decline because I will destroy it because for Julie only damon mattered. damon in season 3 kissed Elene, why Elena could not kiss Stefan in season 5? And so that nothing would destroy delena (frankly they destroyed themselves with this relationship, I love Elene but her character was destroyed). And now the 6th season, first the cover that shows how Stelena's return and the encouragement of Stelena's fans and what came out in this Plec gave this season together again but not Stelena but delena. She said there was no time to change covers but that's bullshit. Plec and Diaries did not want Stelena to come back when Kevin was in the making of Season 5 or 6, he would certainly have done a lot to get Elene and Stefan together. Nina is not to blame here, but Plec is to blame because she was crazy about damon, maybe even Ian. (And that there is no difference between characters and actors I hate damona but I just don't like iana)

For me it was pain that never really got away. I started watching TVD only because of Stelena. I just saw vampire diaries on TV and it was episode 2x6 when Stefan and Elena broke up. It was the first time I had seen the vampire diaries and I was so touched by Stelena and I literary had goosebump. I cried Like crazy when they broke up. That is Iwhy I started watching vampire diaries, hoping that Elena would chose Stefan in the end of 4th season. But no 😞

They could have written any scene for delena. I mean they had the whole season, but instead thought of bringing this dopplenganger thingi to show us stelena. Their chemistry was impeccable ❤ This is the ship which made us stick to the show atleast for me. Well they knew what they were doing. Ripping our heart out 😫😭

She ripped out the heart of a ripper 😫 writers literally destroyed Elena's character and showed her as a girl who just wants sex from demon. I mean them coming together should have been made more sensible but it looked more like a gf cheating her bf And brother stealing his gf. Pacing the story just to show them as end game destroyed it. STELENA Should have been the end game.

Okay, can someone please tell me what happened with Nina like leaving the show affecting Stelena and all that drama? All I know a bit about contracts and she was quitting or something, but I don't know how it affected Stelena and other things in that way since Elena choses Stefan in the books (which I haven't read yet) and that they were obviously trying build back upto the ship in the TV show after the two broke up in season 4. SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME UNDERSTAND!😭🥲

I quess Delena's loveship were awful for the end of the series. And director with screeneriters decided to back Stelena. But Nina left because of her career's plans and they did Delena. I think it was one of the main reason.
