I section hike AT every year with my truck, I leave it at trailheads plus the Super 8 motel in Erwin allows me to keep my truck there since I stay there every year. There are so many shuttle drivers supporting hikers that I get dropped off somewhere and hike back to my truck, I don't mind spending money for shuttles that support local economy.
