Soooooo, you didn't close the loopholes such as - "close/idle/unallocate", or cover the company's ability to run the business that keeps it viable by shuffling product withot putting it in writing that they can't change any production norms without a outcome from arbitration first. No language about corporate personnel getting a raise in pay/benefits/options unless all union members receive the same percentage of the total benefits received by that corporate individual. Corporate job titles can not be manipulated to justify pay raises. Corporate personel numbers can not be increased without a buisness increase justification. Where is this praiseworthy language you speak of? If the language was so great why would it take forever in arbitration? @@brunopctech well since Shawn Fain made an ad for Kamala Harris blaming Trump for one plant closing while he was in office , I guess it stands to reason Harris is to blame for any member losses in the last 3.5 yrs… as for the Biden Harris policies .. massive spending on “inflation reduction act” that actually increased inflation, 20 million illegals allowed over the border and bussed all over the country and given free healthcare and welfare is part of that spending , killed the US pipeline and thousands of US union jobs and buying oil from foreign countries instead which raised energy prices.. all of these are economy killers , when everything you need to buy to live is 25-40% more over the last 3 yrs most people can’t afford a new car .
