Hey! It has been fine, sometimes they don't check it and other times they will just ask for the docs and have a quick scan of his passport. One time I came in by car and we got pulled over for a full check where they scanned his chip as well as checked his documents. They're checking for the rabies vaccination, the chip and the stamp on the passport for the worming tablet or the health cert if you don't have an EU passport.

Great vid! Did you need any certs etc for Pumba in either direction? Looks so easy, my spaniel might do a similar trip!

Pumbaa has an Irish passport but before he had that I had to get the heath cert from UK to travel and then with either option he also needs a worm tablet from the VET up to 5 days before… I do love the trip and so does Pumbaa!

I wish my dog was as well behaved as Pumba. Unfortunately he is very reactive since being attacked by a dog in our local park.

Aw I'm so sad to hear that, I'm lucky in that sense, he does get VERY excited to see all of the other dogs which isn't always reciprocated so I do have to try keep him calm.
