Just got my step today so I don’t miss out on these awesome routines. I had awkward moments with the L step but the rest was fine. Thanks again for all you do!

If I said that I got all the steps down pack I would be lying but I was able to keep up with you and that was encouraging. Your step moves are awesome. Thank you coach Paul.

Yay! So happy to have this one! The 120 bpm was a little quick, since I was doing your 118 bpm video before - But with your good coaching, I pretty much got it! Good moves & good music! And it was fun as well as challenging! Many Thanks!

Great workout! I am not quite a baby boomer but wanted a basic easy step workout. I decided to add a riser for a challenge, but I had to drop them bad boys at around 26 min!! No shame! So glad I did this before the side lunges! 😂 Thank you for a great workout! I’ll be back!!!

Hi Paul Eugene...my fav exercise tapes from back in the day were Jane Fonda & Gin Miller step tapes. Now that I'm 67 I can't do them but I've been searching for one I could complete. This is it! I just completed the whole routine and can't wait until tomorrow morning to do it again!!!

Haven't done this one since it came out !! I think I was out of shape.. The last 10 minutes on did on the floor ! But it was a great one Paul 69 years young.. Will be 70 this year.. :)

As usual I loved this workout. My favorite was the kicks and turns; I need to work on my L-step. Do you use any raisers on your step?
