I enjoyed this Coach Eugene. I used the beginning of another video to stretch out and cool down. It was great for beginners like me. Your queuing is spot on and even though I got myself muddled a little in parts I was surprised that I grasped some of it like the turns etc. More please 😁

I’m 3/4 of a year younger than you. I kept up and was dripping with sweat by the end. The pace was just right for me and love the simple moves; little risk of tripping over my self like many other step videos. My fitness watch clocked my HR at an average of 135.

I loved this workout. Don't have a step at home and last time I used a step was causing me knee problems so I just used the floor. Didn't like how it just stopped at the end though, maybe put the stretch at the end so we can calm down.

Thank you for your comment, I have to look at the video again becasue I know there was a stetch at the end. Being doing this since 1989 why would I not include a stretch?

Thank you for your sharing your thoughts. I am a fit senior man and can do a faster pace. But i would never do a step workout at 136 BPM. The step guidelines for years has been 128 BPM as the fastest safe and effective speed.

Just got my step platform today n broke it in with this workout. It was an invigorating workout, not too easy n not too complex. It was just right! Only thing 👎🏼 was the abrupt end of the video without any cool down. I searched ur channel for like a 5 minute cool down but couldn’t find any. Thank u for making step videos for baby boomer/seniors! Should also do a vid with all 80’s music! Woo hoo! Aloha.

My stepper got thrown out, thinking I didn’t need it but need one now...haven’t done step in yrs...the Y rotates classes and did away and brought new classes in..so I threw a pillow on the floor then tossed that and did with out..I will be buying a stepper 👍step class is on my routines...
