will b grateful to u , if u follow yogasutram, which saying sthiram sukham asanam...all inverted asanam s r against nature...veipareethakarani is recommended as it is without any risk, but sarvagasanam very risky , as all the inverted weight and pressure coming on very delicate area between thoracic-cervical vertebrae kept bent at at 90 degrees without any benefit...kripaya avoid circus with asanam ... dhanyavadham

Sthiram sukham asanam is for any asana be it most difficult. When we master it, it instills stillness, joy within us with abundant effects. Sarvangasana is highly beneficial as explained by loving Maa in the video. Its not worth missing to understand these explanations for precious health

@@theyogainstituteofficial dhanyavadham for the reply. will b grateful ,if u study sarvangasanam separately ., even after mastering it..how much risky is to take the entire inverted weight of body on a single vertebra , that too bent at 90 degrees..presently what is common in yoga is circus with asanam and saying yoga and meditation , most of them even doesnt know to say asanam and meditaton,...there is also premier league competation with asanam in rajasthan.. i feel very sad...im zero nothing to advice with a 100 yr old yogakendram , but some of my basic knowledge tips i want to share with ur team, if u accept me...
