Loved it. Classic step routine that is easy to follow and modify to any level. Could actually hear the music and the instructor calls, which I've discovered isn't always the case. After a month of not working out, it kicked my butt! Burned 482 calories and had an average heart rate of 146 and range of 95-72. Thank you!
