Nice home - I love the exterior facade and pool area. I think there's a major issue brewing in the RE market. Many 15+ year old homes are in dire need of a full remodel. I think a lot of buyers buy builder grade tract homes and never upgrade anything beyond maybe their floors. In the past homeowners would sell and move but now it's not that easy.

Love love the back yard I house is great but I'm disabled in a wheelchair so I wouldn't be able to enjoy the full house I still love the design and style and ideas for the home!!

This is a really beautiful home. Love how they kept some of the 80's architecture. Prefer a more natural wood looking beam though. Side note: Did Bryan really dress to match the house! Haha!

I don't like some of their furniture, its as if some of the furniture is not fitting or match to the space... as in the space seem more like a modern update but some of the furniture stayed old, but its a nice home... may want to get rid of most of it and get some staged furniture...interior decorator needed....LOL
