Not only does he and his parents disrespect Op with their classes bullshit, but trying his best to make sure his fiancé‘s little brother is not invited to the wedding just shows a level of disrespect that’s going to eventually cause a wedge between everyone. It’s probably good Mike and Op‘s daughter called off the wedding. It saves her from experiencing having a messy divorce with him later in their relationship and receiving classist abuse from Mike and his parents during custody battles when if they had kids. Also the relatives that are attacking OP constantly bringing up Mike ‘has things’ shows where their heads are at. It doesn’t matter if Mike has his own house, his own car, money, and a good job. I told him to let me get up and he wouldn't let me out until I started screaming. People were looking at me funny but I just had to get out of the window seat and away from him. Story4 OP: Gropes a woman....surprised pikachu face at anyone saying he's an asshole
@Evibbles3 жыл бұрын
The last story he isn't the asshole for what happened, but for how he handled it, what happened was an accident, but he doubled down and held onto her tighter rather than realising he made her uncomfortable and instantly apologising that he didn't mean to touch her and was just trying to get up

Story 4: Solid YTA. He has no idea what it's like to be the woman in that situation

4. YTA. Other people are NOT handholds for you.

Story 1: Somehow I got the impression that the fiancé wanted OP to break up their relationship as an easy way out, especially since his family already talked negatively about them. Story 2: I see where she's coming from, but it's pretty much a "her problem" as it's not something she can really avoid. There will always be fire in movies, there will the smell of smoke almost everywhere, there will be people around her that light a cigarette with a lighter. She needs some help to get over it or if she's already in therapy she needs more.

S4: 'I only started to realize when the bus started to move' Okay so the doors were closed and the driver was pulling off into the road and you thought you could still somehow make your stop so you grabbed the thigh of the woman next you to stand up? Why not the back of the seat in front of you? Why not push up from your own seat? dude clearly wasn't making that stop so why not wait until the next one? I don't buy this 'accident' BS

Holy shit, Mark. You gotta start an asmr channel XD that whisper voice. Goosebumps XD Last story omfg definitely yta, for all the reasons you said and also, how is it not automatic instinct to just say "shit, sorry" if you accidentally grab someone

Story 2: I may get hate for saying this but step-sisters trauma is her problem and she needs to find ways to deal with it (you know like therapy and such) She is but one leaf in a vast forest, not everyone will fall when she dose. My cousin was hit by a car when she was younger and can't ride Rolla coasters anymore because it brings back memorise but she's never stopped her friends or family from going on any. NTA OP and wear your scars with pride, whatever happened to you at least you got out alive and didn't lose the arm.

I can’t believe the fiancé in story 1 had the balls to say what he said to the mother of his soon to be wife like that. I mean, what did he think the outcome was going to be?🤔 is he use to getting his way by threatening anyone who doesn’t conform to his whims? Has that honestly been working out for him, just because he’s richer than some, it’s ok to act like a douche?

1) NTA. 2) NTA. 3) Whether YTA or NTA. The "friend" is definitely the AH.

I have OCD and suffer from depression. Often times I'm honestly not hungry and most foods sound unappetizing. For me it's a win if I find something I actually want to eat. When it's at it's worst I don't always make the most healthy of choices, but sometimes it's just a better choice to eat something slightly unhealthy than it would be to eat nothing and sleeping instead.

Omg I love your flying story, and your Emotional Support Middle Seat Man! I giggled so hard over that image. I'm really glad you're okay, but I bet that guy has a great story now too!

Your plane story did sound pretty scary tbh mark. But I must admit, picturing the part where you were holding the guys hand whilst repeatedly apologising but not being able to let go had gave me a good giggle. Thankgod that the couple were such good sports about it though lol.

NTA by a long shot. Your daughter dodged a poison bullet and your sisters care more about that creep than they do your own son. Well done for standing up for your son and saving your daughter from a lifetime of misery: and tell your sisters a few home truths then go no contact.
