Today is my first day of chemo for a rare form of Lymphoma. I'm in the hospital for 5 days for my treatment and I rocked this workout right in my room! It's stage 1 and is curable, thank the Lord! There are people far worse off than I, so please pray for them because I got this!! 💪

Hello, guys! I'm 42 and I'd been exercising with Sydney for 4 years until last year when I got pregnant and had no energy whatsoever. Four months ago I gave birth to my second child, a beautiful baby girl. Since then I've had no time neither energy. Today was the first day I exercised and I absolutely loved it. My body and my mind need it so badly and I really missed Sydney! I just love her workouts! This one was exactly what I needed today! Thanks a million, Sydney! ❤

Whoo!!! What a workout! Im 46 and medication hates me! I am a side effects queen! So exercise is my anti-depressant! Nothing makes me feel as good as exercise! Cardio isn’t my favorite but I enjoyed this! Definitely a change from the norm!

Hey Syd! It’s been a while since I’ve worked out with you! I will say this was fun and I’m back most trying to feel healthy again.. so many years i focused on how i look, lord knows it’s now different as im getting older and I have my little one now.. I want to be healthy and be able to run around with him.. I’m praying this time I don’t give up. I noticed in myself that when life and stress creep in I throw in the towel and that’s hard to admit tbh I can have a million excuses but I know what I need to do to be and feel healthy again. Thank you and dusty for all that you do! Thank you that although I may leave you guys are still here crushing it🤍 ily you all! And praying for all of us that we just keep on keeping on! We can do hard things together especially with the lord on our side.

Holy wow - what a fun fast sweaty and much needed workout. FINALLY cardio but not intense cardio - cant believe how much sweat is dripping down my face. I was challenged bc this is very different than the rhythmic dance step I am used to but I worked hard and had fun! Fellow seasoned steppers, could you do this with higher risers? 🥰 I've been following these workouts for awhile, but this is the first program I purchased the calendar for!!! So amazing!! I did the stretches for day 1 😱 which was something I wasn't really thinking about and oh my goodness, I had no idea how tight my hips and everything around that area was!!!!! I used to be so flexible! 🤣 And there's also a place to write what your goals are for the program, which was also another thing I wasn't thinking about! So my goals for this month are working on mobility and using heavier weights where applicable! 💪
