Today is my first day of chemo for a rare form of Lymphoma. I'm in the hospital for 5 days for my treatment and I rocked this workout right in my room! It's stage 1 and is curable, thank the Lord! There are people far worse off than I, so please pray for them because I got this!! 💪

I clearly need to buy a step, my plastic Ikea kids stool was a decent swap but definitely didn't feel super sturdy 😆 I know strength is arguably more beneficial than cardio, but this was such a fun change!!

If you're going to buy one get a sturdy/sticky bottom step. I bought a cheap one from Walmart first week on pandemic when gyms closed. First workout step went flying out in front of me, I went flying back. Shattered my wrist. Titanium plate and nine screws later (surgery 1st week April 2020 😢). Silver lining was I found and started following Sydney during my recovery❣️. I must admit I’m looking forward to this workout but a bit nervous too. Be safe; have fun.

I slept through my alarm this morning but when I saw this was only 30 min, I went for it. Flew by!!! I looked down at the clock and only had 8 min left, I was like WOW! Time does fly when you’re having fun. Thank you!

Step is my “first love” in the fitness world and I am excited to have it on this month’s schedule! I was challenged bc this is very different than the rhythmic dance step I am used to but I worked hard and had fun! Fellow seasoned steppers, could you do this with higher risers? I had to swap it out for my base step for a few moves 😅

Holy wow - what a fun fast sweaty and much needed workout. FINALLY cardio but not intense cardio - cant believe how much sweat is dripping down my face. Hooray - I didn't think that I could love a workout of Sydney's more than Tabata but this one beats that hands down!! after less than 3 hours sleep last night I a energized and pumped to get on with Monday! have an great week - ant wait to see what this program has to offer - praying for some weight/inches lost this program

Loved this workout! I need more cardio-this was fun, love kickboxing and boot camp style with strength/cardio mix. For me, too much plain strength increases injury risk. Thanks!

🥰 I've been following these workouts for awhile, but this is the first program I purchased the calendar for!!! So amazing!! I did the stretches for day 1 😱 which was something I wasn't really thinking about and oh my goodness, I had no idea how tight my hips and everything around that area was!!!!! I used to be so flexible! 🤣 And there's also a place to write what your goals are for the program, which was also another thing I wasn't thinking about! So my goals for this month are working on mobility and using heavier weights where applicable! 💪

Crushed it. I don’t have a step (my husband made me one years ago but I have no clue where it went) so I used the slide of my rowing machine. It’s a foot off the ground so wow that burned. 😊 Looking forward to a lighter program for a bit!

I went to bed last night kinda bummed that it was gonna be such an "easy" workout today but I trusted sydney and did it anyway....wow was I wrong!! I used weights when possible and am sweating bullets!! Trust the programming!!

I’ve been doing your workouts since 2020 faithfully and I must say this one today was by far the best one! You reminded me how much I used to love step workouts. When I moved, I left my stepper at my old house and I guess it’s gone by now. So I used my granddaughters stepstool lol I will be buying a new stepper today!! thanks Sydney

I don't have a step so I used my bosu or yoga blocks as my steps. Occasionally I would accidentally knock a yoga block out of the way so I'd just finish it on the floor. That one had me pouring sweat!😂

Wow that was fun. I am 58 and this brought me back to the 90s when I first started taking step class. I still have my bench, I am slower but still put on a great sweat. Thanks Sydney!

It was so fun to do something different. Kick and jumping jack was my favorite and this workout reminded me I need to work on coodernation 😅 really gives my brain a workout too lol

Flashback to step class to disco hits . Class was cut as it was not with the times; however, us grayhairs packed the gym. Did the routine today riserless and managed to get that ticker thumping and the sweat glands working OT. Thank you 😅😅 G

I really liked that workout. In the early 2000’s I did the workout series called The Firm. It reminded me of that. Please do more of these workouts. Have a blessed day😊

Yes! I love step aerobics workouts! And with this one I can wear earphones and listen to music while doing it because it's an all standing workout!

Wow this was harder than it looked. Lunges on the step were my hardest as my balance is not good. I’ll continue to practice balance. My favorite was the squat and fast feet at the end.

New Week, New Life!!! Crushed this Step Low Impact Cardio Workout!!! Very intense, and I'm sweating like crazy, but totally worth it 100% with no excuses.
