Welcome to a workout dedicated to helping you get moving and stay moving without stopping and getting distracted or unmotivated. Today we are working for 45 seconds per exercise and we will complete 2 rounds of each exercise before taking a rest.
The objective is to stay moving, but of course if you need to skip an exercise and just breathe for a minute, please do that over leaving the workout. There is no requirement required this is simply a workout where we stay moving! Challenge yourself to get some steps in and let me know how you feel when we're done!

The 30 minutes always made me sweat more than 45-50 minutes because there's less breaks. You think it's easy when you see 30 minutes but when it's a Sydney workout it's not.

Been loving this program and I love this style of cardio. Crushed it at 22.5 weeks pregnanct, used ankle weights and 3lb dumbells on some of the moves. I feel great and ready to take on the day. 💪 Thank you Sydney.

Loved this format. Thank you Sydney If anyone is new to these workouts be encouraged. You will see results. I started working out with Sydney in 2020 and I never thought I could some of the moves (example: Inchworms.. I hated those) and I can easily do those now. I am double her age and thought, she can but I can't. Well I tell you I am starting to see definition in my abs and I feel so much better. Be encouraged, you can do it. Keep it up

I don’t know how many people will read this comment, but I truly appreciate Sydney for her ability to listen to her “clients”. The mention of incontinence during jumping jacks might seem a little odd, but when she said that it made me feel not alone and that it happens to enough people for her to mention it.
