Welcome to a workout dedicated to helping you get moving and stay moving without stopping and getting distracted or unmotivated. Today we are working for 45 seconds per exercise and we will complete 2 rounds of each exercise before taking a rest.
The objective is to stay moving, but of course if you need to skip an exercise and just breathe for a minute, please do that over leaving the workout. There is no requirement required this is simply a workout where we stay moving! Challenge yourself to get some steps in and let me know how you feel when we're done!
